I'm 30yrs old

clean diet no cardio
Injuries are slowing me down! I have tendonitis in my arm. It's been pretty depressing cause i can't work out 100%. SUXS! I also wanted to know what you guys think my BF is? I've been trying to put on some more weight lately.
My goal is to get to 155!!! Thanks guys.

BF around 15% I say, + or -
At that weight gaining shouldn't be difficult, at least for me (5' 4") when I was around 145 all I did was bump up the size of my portions and I started growing quick.
I do a lot of cardio though and have problems getting real lean.
You should be able to hit 155 in a month or 2 easy if you take in a bit more and figure something out for your arm, not sure what tendonitis feels like really.

I would say you're 13-15% on body fat.
I really hate to hear that your injury is holding you down, just take it easy and don't let frustration make things worse on you.
Just eat eat eat and get your weight up while doing what you can in the gym. Then when the time is right, up that cardio and shred it all up. I think you can reach that goal and perform a nice cut well before the weather gets nice :) good luck bro, keep us posted.
