I wanted to get some opinions on the supplements I am taking and planning to take. Is this too many to be taking per day? I'd certainly appreciate some help with this! I really don't know if some should be taken at certain times and others NOT be taken at certain times. I'm not sure if the doses are too high in certain areas or possibly too low in others. Thank you so much for taking the time to help out!! A little about me....

I'm 28, 6'2" 200 lbs, currently just started my cycle of:

Test 500mg / week
adrol 50mg / day

I might add some tren e into the mix very shortly running about 400-500mg / week.

Currently I'm taking these supplements:

*Ultimate Man (Vitamin Shop Brand) Multivitamin x2 a day
*Vitamin C 2 grams / day
*Vitamin E 800iu's / day
*Baby aspirin 81mg / day
*Fiber Blend 3 servings / day = 9 capsules
*Calcium 1 gram / day
*Magnesium 400mg / day
*Zinc 15mg / day
*o m e g a-3 Krill Oil 600mg / day
o m e g a-3 fatty acids 180mg / day
EPA 90mg / day
DHA 54mg / day

*Liver X with BioSorb
N-acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) 800mg / day
Milk Thistle Seed Extract 200mg / day
Alpha-Lipoic acid 200mg / day
Choline Bitartrate 200mg / day
Picrorrhiza kurroa Extract 50mg / day
Andrographis paniculata Extract 50mg / day

Injectable B12 500mcg / day

Oh yeah, I'm also taking the other supps you see in the back: Glutamine, casein, isolate, creatine/no2, emerald balance.... but I'm not really needing to get any advice on those I don't think... :]

you're definitely taking quite a few supplements. I don't see a problem with it though. You're obviously getting a LOT of vitamin c / calcium, etc.

I take 25 pills a day. 9 different supplements, and that's not including protein / glutamine shakes.

Cool, thanks for your input! I appreciate you taking the time. :] It looks like i'm taking about 27 pills in total not counting the glutamine, protein and b12 injections (but of course those all aren't pills ;] )

Any other input on dosing? Times certain things should be taken? I basically just take a multi vit. and one of each pill pretty much upon waking up..... then i take others split through the day. Thanks!!

lol yeah it is huh? my ex keeps asking why i am taking so many pills. Other people say it's bad for me to take this many pills etc... but then it gets me thinking...... 'is it really bad to take this many pills even though they are all pretty beneficial to me is seems..' so that's why I started this thread.... opinions, facts, advice..... :] Appreciate the reply!

Anyone else have any say on this topic? Is taking too many vitamins, oils, etc... bad for us? Also if anyone would critique my dosages I'd be quite thankful =P

I did way more then that, I would get so full off the protein and pills I could barely eat, I lost over 40lbs in a 6 week period everyone was amazed, but I cant take all those pills any more, it makes me want to puke, so I decided to do juice. I feel you will be ok though I dont see any potassium though, maybe I overlooked it. I get cramps though if I dont drink enough water, so I am that guy you see at the gym with a gallon jug of water. I took Accutane to kill my bad acne in highschool and now my body is dry than normal and I have constant nosebleeds in dry climate, like I cant live in the desert, and I have to get tested for diabetes twice a year, but hey I dont have bad acne.

Watch the liver man. Supps can affect it in the long run. Take some time off all vitamins IMHO. Cycle them. Doc told me sometimes they do more harm than good. I'm talking normal amounts too, recommended doses, even liver cleansing supps. Get some blood work done and have a word to the doc about it so you track the changes if theres any. Most likely liver enzymes are up.

awesome!! Thanks for your advice! I am taking the 81mg baby aspirin daily because I was told to by my doctor... I'll keep on that, not really for 'bodybuilding' but for my health.... he said it's good for everyone to be taking 1 baby aspirin daily. Unless my doctor is a douche and doesn't know what he's talking about...... maybe I'll do a bit more research on that. Also I am taking that much fiber because I have a problem with veggies but I am building up to eating more and more..... still not up to the level I want/need to be at. Honestly veggies haven't been my thing and it sucks that I'm just learning to eat them now. (force your kids to eat veggies!!!!!!!!!)

I'm at work now but trying to read it in the pictures..... haha kind of blurry but I think the Vit. C is Kirkland and I'm not sure of the vit. E ......... would it matter on the brand of the vit. C and E ?? If so let me know and I will consider other options and get rid of these.... or let someone else use them :]

haha well..... I probably spend about 100-300 monthly depending on where I stand.... If I have lots of supps left I only need to load up on protein but then one month I may need to buy a lot of the pills and proteins as well so it's a bit more pricey that month.... glutamine lasts me a few months. Try to buy in the largest quantities to save some $$ obviously we see I haven't been doing the largest of quantities in all of my supps but I try to when I can afford it.

it would be cheaper to get bulk psyllium husk powder and use it, just throwing that out there

Not at all. haha Turn the bottle around and look for the nutrition label. It should tell you what form they are in.

Ex: Iron (as hydrolyzed protein chelate)

it would be cheaper to get bulk psyllium husk powder and use it, just throwing that out there

x2 much better choice
