Hi

I am looking for a lactose free protein powder/meal replacement any suggestions? And a quailty fat burner i am taking BSN Atro-phex but has been giving me some serious migraines headaches.

any suggestions would be great thank you

some isolate proteins, soy based, ones that specifically say lactose free,

I'm extremely lactose intolerant and ON Whey Protein doesnt cause me any problems.

really what kind are you using? I am looking for one lower in cal and still high in protein.

Yeah man, try ON whey protein. if that doesn't work and you want something that isn't whey don't get soy, get gemma.

Not to bad but i prefer ATW's Whey protein isolate as it is about $20+ dollars cheaper, taste good, and they always had good quality.
