ok i just want to check, i plan to use novaldex and clomid after my cycle (5 week cycle of Testosterone Cypionate) (500mg a week) and i plan to pick up these from AR-R.com i just want to check but the Clomi/Tamox Combo they have is novaldex and clomid right

yes their clomi/tamox is good for pct, but a 5 week cycle of cyp is a waste of time and gear.

should i go longer i have more it was just my 1st cycle so i thoght i should start with 5 weeks

I wouldn't run a long ester compound for less than 10 weeks, 12 would be better. You will start noticing the effects at week 4 or 5, not a good time to stop.

i eat 225 235g protein daily and (around 400 carbs training day) i spread it out to 6 meals

2 are shakes and i eat small stuff as well i eat alot
