it's been 3 months since my first cycle. i'm happy to say i have gained 7kg total. ive lost 5kg of water and muscle from pct. not much gain for a first cycle.

What was your first run?

- Cycle
- Training per week
- Cardio
- Calories, carbs, protein

Weight and height?
Just trying to figure out why you did not gain more than 7kilograms.

thanks. i did a mixed cycle.
week 1-4 sustanon 250
week 5-12 test enan
week 8-12 dianabol

with dianabol i noticed i had heaps of strength at a point i was benching 130kg for 8 reps. now that im off im down to 100-110. do you really lose that much strength?

im 180cm
18 years old
was 79kg before cycle.
92kg after cycle
87kg now

i train 6 days a week 2-3 hours a day. i think because i returned to boxing training that muscle loss occured? now i do cardio 5 days a week. but still do weights 5-6 times a week.

I believe losing strength (I'm on PCT right now) off cycle has a lot to do with your mind. I've been lifting as heavy, if not heavier than I was on-cycle, although I have lost a few kgs of water. Since my strength is still up, and keeps progressing, it's a good indication I haven't lost muscle.

I think your body is being overtrained. 5-6 times a week weights plus your intense cardio = very hard to put on/maintain any size.

I have done a d-bol only cycle and with that I noticed incredible gains and pumps as you have stated above. As for the PCT I am still in the process (NOLVI & A-DEX) I have not noticed any significant loss in strength. Maybe a little bit less of the 'Im gonna f*uck these weights up feeling.. But that about it. Strength and size are pretty much the same.
I did lose a lil water weight tho.
