Nolvadex and Clomid

Is it better to take more clomid or nolvadex or moderate amount of both?

Or moderate amount of both but start one when finished with the other?

I took a clomid and nolvadex pct a year ago, I do not remeber how much and how long I took.

My cycle consists of 6 months hgh 4 ius
500 mg test 11 weeks
500 decca 10 weeks
first 3 weeks 30mg dbol

entire cycle will be in middle of growth cycle

What should my pct look like?

You should have done a lot more research before you even started the cycle, bro.

i'd do Nolva 40/40/20/20 and aromasin 25/25/25/25

some may recommend Clomid in there as well, but I don't like the sides
