what to do for pct?

hey i was just wondering what to do for my pct cycle... i am running test p, 100mg/ml EOD for 8 weeks. i have 1g of nolva, and my supplier told me to run this:
week 1+2- 40 mg/day
week 3+4- 20 mg/day

some people have told me that this much isnt necessary however..

also, if i do start seeing some sides of gyno, what should i run for that?

id add some clomid to the pct..

but what about the doses? do i need that much for pct? and what should i take for gyno it it occurs

the 40 and 20 on the nolvadex is fine.. i run 100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex ed for 4 weeks.

as for the gyno issues.. if signs i use 40mg nolvadex ed till symptoms subside then continue with 10/20mg for remainder of cycle.
