personally, I like to write it out like the rest of my cycle like this

Weeks 1-4 Clomid @ X amount
Weeks 1-4 Nolva @ X amount

A lot easier to read

well were talking pct here.. looks like nolvadex doses.. which would be everyday not weekly..
so with this 20/20/20/40/40 would be 20mg ed weeks 1-3 40mg ed weeks 4,5..
which is backwards by the way.. lol
