I have been looking into dark matter, I take NO xplode pre and want to try dark matter for my post..... ne1 have any say on this

Volumaize by BSN sucks. Pretty worthless product by my favorite brand.

What do you all put in your home made bulk pre?
i'm still tweeking it but right now this
10-15g glutamine
10-15g BCAAs
1-1.5g caffeinestart with 200mg, this should be more than enough for most people
3-4g beta alanine
2-3 scoops Buzz Saw(from true protein)
10g creatine monohydrate
10g leucine
5g AAKG
^^^^^ How in Gods name are you takin 1-1.5 grams of caffeine????

Make sure people know that... anything from 150-400mg is strong. I go on and off but pretty much stay taking just 200mg before workouts and from 2 years doing this to this day that makes me buzz :lol:
other than that maybe ditch that glutamine (save $$) and your G2G :)

probably should have put a notation in there about that, i have a natural tolerance to almost all stimulants, i'm at a loss to explain why, as is my father who's an M.D., he says he's never seen or heard of anything like it, i''m even tolerant of most painkillers
i add the glutamine because of a study i read that mentioned something about glutamine increasing GH levels when used in pre-workout i believe, i'm gonna have to go look at it again
