research on a pct for deca and anavar cycle

Can any one give me a good pct for a deca and anavar cycle hope to start it in the next few weeks Thanks for any help you can give me .

Deca is gonna shut you down hard, and anavar is weak, you should look into some Test to go with that deca!!!

my cycle was about two years ago a dbol cycle i am hoping to do a show next year and am looking for a good cycle to get me in good shape i think i have my diet right and training good so i just need to get the right cycles in place now with 12 months to go
