I was very cut over decemeber but then I ate alot of junk food and put on quite a bit of weight. I started cutting again about 3 weeks ago and will post my progress.
I took clenbuterol over the last 3 weeks which worked reasonably well, no great results though.
My diet is 99% clean. I have one cheat meal a week. I do 25 min of intense cardio everyday.
Feel free to critisize or ask me any questions. But im not looking for guys telling me to stop cutting and start bulking or whatever. My personal goal is to be as ripped as possible with reasonable amount of quality muscle.
The first pic is what I looked like in december, the second pic is what I looked like 3 weeks ago after I had eaten alot of junk food. The third pic was taken today after 3 weeks of cutting

good god bro your lean you must stay cut and on the smaller side for the gals.. not that your really that small you got some good lean mass but if i had your body i would bulk more then cut and just try not to lose more then the bottom 2 abbs get some mass goin jm2 cents

Well im very open minded but saying that, my current goal is to have a ripped male model body. Sort of like brad pitt in fight club just with a bit more muscle.
My goal is definitley to impress chicks but also self satisfaction. There is no time that I am happier than when Im walking around with out a t-shirt, looking absolutely shreddered and girls are checking me out.
I don't know if most guys on this board want to get huge to look intimidating or what? (obviously each has their own goal and reason though) but its definitley not what Im looking for.
But I do admit that I need to put on some more lean muscle, especially since im going to be cutting so intensly. So I have recently increased my meal portions and have been cosuming alot more quality protein.
In the next few days Im going to be starting a course of t3. I will document the results for anyone who is interested.
Im also going to be doing a course of test and winstrol soon. Most guys bash me for this saying that AAS are only for guys who want to get really big and all that. But I disagree, I think there are so many types of steroids for a reason. Ive used winstrol before when I was really cut, and it gave me the most amazing results.
But as I said, I'm very open minded and want to hear all of your views.

Definatelly ripped bro, that look is an amazing look if you don't want to be a huge mother****er.
You look totally athletic, nice proportions, very ripped, nice abs and chest.
That's the look most guys want (most guys away from this board..) most on this board want to be huge mothers.. Looking very good, better then 99.5% of the people I see, and probably more.

Ive still got a long way to go until I reach my goal. Im sure in about 3 months i''ll be where I want to be. Im takin a course soon but not to put on muscle, just to harden me up and make sure I don't loose any while cutting. I don't think too many guys on this site will be impressed with that lol

I'm in the same boat as you, always have been. Model look not the meat head look (no offense to anyone). I am currently working with 6ft going to drop to 170-180 7% body fat. But def I feel for you about being really bulky and meaty looking. Good luck with your progress brotha!

Don't do intense cardio if you want to keep the muscle you have.Keep your heart rate under 120 early morning empty stomach cardio 20-25 min and you'll hold the muscle you have and your body will use the fat for fuel.The other side of the battle is calorie intake and expenditure.
I do no intense cardio and look at the fat loss verse the muscle retained in the process and no gear what so ever in less then 5 weeks.This game is a total science once you figure out what works for your pre programmed metabolism it will make this process that much easier.Clearly your the Ecto morph metabolism which is a geneticly fast metabolism so your gonna do well with a high carb high moderate fat diet.I myself was always a heavy kid that put on fat really easy i.e endomorph metabolism so a low carb diet is what works best for me.http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=380623
As for the use of aas don't bother you don't need it.Your diet is what 's gonna determine your condition.The benefits of aas do not out weight the side effects I don't care what anyone says.The guys who compete and get on stage,the drugs don't give them that condition there level of dedication to there diet does.Any one who say's other wise just has that pre programmed dis position because they feel dieting is too difficult or they don't care about being ripped they just want to be big.

You need to work on growing before you cut - that way all your parts are proportional. You have almost no traps, upper chest, center chest, or arms. I am NOT here to insult you - it's just an explanation of why I think you need to do a proper bulk and then cut... You can bulk without gaining fat - the guys here have seen me do it.

I think saying he doesn't look like he works out is kinda harsh. If girls are drooling over him, more power to him.
Lots of girls think that guys who can bench over 135 lbs for 3 sets of ten have muscles that are gross and too big.

Well - he has to work on putting muscle on first before he cuts down... He isn't nearly at his proclaimed goal...

Just wondering how in the hell you made yourself turn into a black guy? I have been trying for years! LOL Has nobody else noticed that in the first 2 pictures the OP looks like a white guy and then all of the sudden in picture 3 he is a black guy.
Awesome work man, you look great! In my opinion you still looked cut up in picture 2, but if you want to be even leaner than cool.

Hey guys.
just an update. The last pics i posted were in march. In april I got very cut. My profile pic is what my abs looked like around april. After that I decided to put on a few more kg's of lean muscle over our Winter here in South Africa. Over June, July and August I put on some good muscle with a lean bulk. I unfortunately gained some fat as well. I went up to about a 12% bodyfat which I was very uncomfortable with. I much prefer being around 7%. So now I have decided to cut down again but hold on to some muscle this time.
I am now 3 weeks into my cut.. It has been going well.
I dropped all carbs post 10am. I am eating a good amount of quality protein with alot of veg and some "good fat" I also do around 25min of cardio 5 days a week
I only train weights 4 days a week now. Well doing research I realised that I had been over training. I think I am sitting on around 9/10% bodyfat now, but I need to get it checked. I am planning on cutting down to around 6/7% by the 3rd of october. It is a big beach party here in South Africa.. so it was a good goal to set.
I will post pics in the next few days to keep you guys updated!

WOW you went up to 12% BF....You lucky bastard!!!! When I bulk I go all the way up to 20%.....And you added some lean muscle!!!!! That is ****ing great!!!!! Your going to look like a ****ing beast at 6-7%!!!! Keep up the great work!!!

I forgot to mention, I took a mild course of anavar around July which helped with the lean muscle gains.

6:30 am
1 cup oats with 2 scoops chocolate whey + 2 stevia sachets
1 glass water with pure lemon juice, ice and 2 stevia sachets
1 hardboiled egg
sometimes a fruit
10 am
1 chicken breast + veg
or
protein shake + 1 fruit
or
tuna mixed with shredded apple
1pm
2 chicken breast with veg
or
lean meat with veg
and
some "good fat" = olives, almonds, olive oil ect
4pm
Gym
5:30 pm
post workout shake
6:30
Chicken breast with veg
or
fish with veg
That is my diet at the moment. very low calorie and clean. I also watch sodium intake.
I now have a cheat meal once a week. (used to be a cheat day)

Yes, I have taken winstrol orals only before (not the best idea).
This year I am taking test E and winstrol. I'm 2 weeks into my test course, and only starting winstrol in a few weeks time. This summer I'm going to look my best ever. My dieting is absolutely perfect with no cheats, and I'm doing cardio everyday.

ye sort of want the extremely ripped fight chlub look, but a bit more size.. nothing worse having a ripped body but you look skinny in a t-shirt. What I'm going to do is cut at a much more stable pace, more like maintinence. I will try slowly loose bodyfat and increase lean muscle (using the test and winny) and hopefully it will work out. I have 10 weeks until I leave for my holiday so should be enough time.

Correct me if Im wrong, but I understand that winny increases strength, muscle hardness and dries you out in a sense? that is pretty much what I am looking for. The test should help increase some lean muscle?

Test increases strength wayyy more than Winn,and u already look very dry to me, The test will increase muscle if ur diet is right, but i hav a feeling ull still look dry and lean to me without the Winn.
