Hi. this is my first cycle im at the end of week 1

WEEK 1-15. Testosterone Cypionate - 400mg
WEEK 1-15 Deca - 200mg

i wanted to know what to do for pct as i cant get nolvadex, clomid etc. and when to do it, how much. etc etc. help would be greatly appreciated!

Somehow you need to get both . Keep looking . If you found the others these are easy to find .

I'll leave it for the pro's but not sure if you want to run both test and deca to 15 weeks. Might want to stop the deca 2 weeks before the last test shot.
Also click the box in the upper right they should have serms.
