Sust250 gyno woes

I've been on my sust250 cycle for 5 weeks and have about 3 weeks left and im feeling some tits coming on, I have tamoxifen 10mg tabs on hand so does anyone have any suggestions dosages and when I should start taking it??

if you have symptoms run 40mg ed until symptoms subside. then continue at 10/20mg for remainder of cycle.

thanks mammon i appreciate the response. If the gyno isnt all gone by the end of the cycle should I keep taking the tamoxifen after? Or do you have any other suggestions for pct?
