a little help please

im using

3 ml of Deca Durabolin and 3 ml a week of testosterone

with a morning pill of Nolvadex

. ive read up on all these but seem to get copied and pasted answers . so guys i am asking you experts out there . is this enough . too much or just simply wrong . . see as usall i jumped first thought second . these are the questions i should have asked before i started taking them . . oh and if my age is anything to do with the answers im 38 . and in good health .

I wouldn't use nolva on cycle with a 19nor like deca. Otherwise it's hard to advise without knowing specifically what your cycle is, how many mg, durations, etc.
What is your pct?

thats all am using m8 except for some Kre-Alkalyn and protien drinks .
see i was told i needed the Nolvadex to stop gyo . i am a novice with steroids for years i have kept myself fit and in shape without them . but its getting harder so i thought i would try this . again your advice is

You need to research pct, it's what you use after cycle to help restore your natural levels that will be supressed while on cycle. We have an entire section of the board dedicated to pct, take a bit of time to read the threads at the top of that section.

What is the Mg . If the TEST is 250 Mg that 750 a week . Too much . I've ran 500 a week twice for 12 weeks and really blown up .

So you are doing 600mgs/week of Deca and 750 mgs/week of test?

that is way too much for a first cycle.

how far into it are you?

what do you have for your PCT (Post Cycle Therapy)?

5 weeks into . it and nothing for the as yet . im ope to advice on that .

Not the best way to go. You want to make sure you have PCT BEFORE you ever start your cycle for many reasons. sometimes there are shipping problems, sometimes you need to stop cycle short

what would you recomend m8 . im sorry for melting your head . like i said i should have done as your sig says . but its to late for that now .. ive 5 weeks left of this cycle . . so ill order what ever i need now . then . i think im going to have to read up a litttle more . i have not learnt any where near enough .

thankyou for all the help . .i will read this work out what i think is best for me . first like you said ill cut back on both . read up sort this out get back to you . and hopefully i will have learnt a little more .
