Naposims, I did not recieve the original box or inserts.

when i had some years ago they used to have small nipple like moulds on top of the clear bit, don't know if theyve changed since but you could normally tell a fake from the absence of the nipples, i see yours don't have them but they may have changed.

I know what you are talking about and yes these Naps have the "nipples". The pictures do not clearly show them but if you look very closely you can tell.

I just heard that a lot of counterfieted, not fake Naps were in circulation.

Im from Romania, the country where naposim it is made, i have never seen fake naposim, your gear looks 100% legit to me.
