Well, here we go! I finally figured out how to get all these posted at once. This was the Western Michigan Championships, where I placed 1st in Teens and won best poser! I wan't honset opinions on what ya guys think on my physique, can't get any better without a lil critiqing. Hope to hear from ya all!

Are you still competeing? Because a bulking phase may help you get that extra muscle you are talking about (ie getting up to 200lbs). I am looking to get to 200 as well, but I am only 5'5''.
You have a great abs by the way. what does your workout history look like? what sups do you take?

Yeah guys I think you are right on the nose! I am gonna start smashing those bodyparts, so they come up a lil bit more. If anyone has a good bulking phase please post it for me, I would really appreciate it.

Yep looking good bro, lateral head of the deltoid will help make you look wider, bring the those body parts up and you will have excellent proportion. Well done.

looks good. i definatley think you need to smash your back. deadlifts. heavy rows, weighted chins, etc. just a little thickness and you'll be set.
