need help with a proper pct

heres my cycle

weeks 1-14 test e 600mg /week
weeks 1-12 eq 500mg /week
weeks 8-14 winstrol 50mg /ed

I have nolva on hand for during cycle and pct. Also have clomid. What should my pct look like, and howmuch nolva should i run ed through out this cycle? Thanks alot.

what are your stats.
Is this a first cycle.
Have you checked out some of the other PCT threads to get an idea of what others are doing?

Run the EQ as long as the Test.

And run the Winny until the day before PCT.

na this is my third cycle. other consisted of test only at anywhere from 500-600mg. With one other cycle including test e and eq.

im 6'3 198#'s around 12% bf right now.
