Whats everyone's opinion on Cardio during PCT? was think about doing 4 sessions a week of 1 hour on the cross trainer - not too high intensity - going to keep the Kcals high during pct as want to try and keep as many gains as possible but want to try and keep as much fat off as poss.

Is the cardio going to be counter productive to trying to keep my gains?

as long as you keep it at low intensity and keep your diet in check than it won't effect gains
