I would assume you can, but I don't know if these substance react with each other.

Because idk if he is planning on mixing the whole bottles together, or hes brewing something on his own. Who knows? Ive seen crazier things here.

Yes, it is ok to mix Nolva and Clomid. As i said, you shouldnt combine the two bottles together into one for the sake of not getting accurate doses. But yes, otherwise they are fine to take simultaneously.
