I would opt for liver longer, SAMe, or NAC before using Liv.52. This is just my personal opinion, not a huge fan of the kitchen sink formula as it gives me stomach problems. Liv 52 has properties in the formula that help to indirectly and directly aid your liver. TUDCA (liver longer) is basically a pharmaceutical compound (UDCA with taurine attatched). Both are not bad choices but comparing the two compounds would be like comparing nolvadex (pharm. compound) to nettle root (herb). Each are good and have their place it just depends on the situation.
