These are the supplements I just picked up at GNC, I want a big increase in mass and picked up the most important products. Could someone help me make the schedule to incorporate it into my diet. Here is the list of supplements I will be using:

100% Whey Protein Isolate
Caseine Protein
Maltodextrose
BCAA's
GNC Men's Sport Multivitamin Packs (Includes fatburners, enzymes, etc)
Creatine in pill form
Beta-Alanine w/ Kre-alkalyn
Glutamine
***** 3-6-9
Glucosamine w/ Chrondroitin w/ MSM for joints
ZMA
Greens by General Nutrition (Has almost every herb or plant you could think of)

I am in the middle of perfecting my diet but I plan on having 10 meals during the day. 3 of which are shakes, 1 morning, 1 pre wo, 1 post wo.

I know this could be a little complicated seeing as there are so many, but that is why I need help, haha. So please if someone is experienced and knows the best times to take these products, even if it's just one or two of the products, please give me your insight, thanks.

supplements are used to fill in the gaps in your diet, use accordingly. idk what you want to hear and i know this is an obvious answer, i think you should spend some time in the diet section bro.

btw 10 meals/day is overkill unless your meals are very small or you want to get fat

I'm with Diesel why GNC? there are plenty of other places to get supps for far more reasonable prices. 10 meals is madness
