Bro, clen with a clean diet and cardio program you will lose the weight but do not expect the clen to do it on it own........cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is best and post your diet in the diet forum and get the help you need. good luck

Thanks prone2rage, I know diet & cardio can help me lose weight more than anything else, but I want to use these to AID me I believe no one should take anything like this if they dont plan on excercising or setting out and doing a good diet. I plan to run on an empty stomach in the morning's then weights & cardio at the gym in the afternoon. Diet will be low carb high protein (still making the diet). I live in the UK so does anybody know a good place to buy celn from & how much is it? Also does anyone think T5 is better?
