YEARS TRAINING: 18 yrs off and on

PREVIOUS CYCLES: ( estimates not exact) 6 cycles generally consisting of 2 compounds. One of which is always test of some sort and usually a deca or d-bol. Threw in trend w/ one of those cycles once.

PCT EXPERIANCE: self admittedly not much. Used something called PCT tabs once. Had gyno once and had it surgically removed.

CYCLE NOW: started w/ a test 350 blend for 4 weeks then moved to test 100 prop eod all the while running deca. I have enuf test to run for 3 weeks after deca. One shot of deca left.

CURRENT ISSUE: sore nipples, swollen, small lump

PCT GEAR I HAVE ON HAND NOW: Liquid Tamox, Liquid Clomi, and Liquid Dex.

QUESTION: can someone tell me how to run this stuff please. I know 2 of them I take a few days after cycle ends but how and in what doses? And which am I supposed to be taking now to help me w/ my nipple issue and how do I take it?

Obviously im gonna have to break it down for you brutha...

Nolvadex reduces the effectiveness of Adex. So including Adex in PCT is a waste of money.

Now using on cycle for estrogen control? Thats good.

Using Nolva for estrogen control? No good. Effects gains. Use Adex.

Using Nolva to treat gyno? Yes. It blocks estrogen from the receptors in breast tissue stopping the spread of gyno.

Now another question bud, what is the point of introducing an AI during PCT anyway?
