Days before/after Last sus pin 2 start HCG?

Fellas, Need HCG start time coming off sustanon cycle. Specifically, how many days before, or after, my last shot would provide me the most effective results. I have read for the better part of 4 hours and have not found a post that specifically answers this question.

I am able to extend my cycle if necessary. Currently, I have one more shot left in my cycle (312.50 mg EOD x 12 weeks) but am able to extend for a week if necessary.

Use HCG 125-250ius 2-3 times weekly. 10-15 days from your final Test shot, ramp your HCG to 250-500ius and ramp you AI slightly. This will cause a spike in endogenous testosterone and aromotase. We then use PCT to restart GnRH from the hypothalamus and LH/FSH from the pituitary. When beginning PCT, switch to another AI also.
