Best PCT

I am new to steroids and about to begin taking my first cycle and had a question about PCT.
I am cycling sustanon 250 for 10 wks, 1 injection/ wk.
What would be the best, cheapest, and easiest to find post-cycle therapy?
It doesn't matter if it's legal or illegal, as long as it works. Please only people that have experience or know a good bit about PCT reply.

Your going to need the illegal prescription kind, and pct is more important then the actual cycle. So I suggest you start reading. There's a s.hit load of sticky's all over.

thanks, yeah i figured i'd need illegal, i'm just trying to get some ideas on exactly what different meds people have combined for post cycle therapy after sustanon 250 and what kind of results they've seen from those meds

sust is just test, regardless pct's won't change dramatically for different cycles.
you could go
clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20

During cycle i take arimidex or nolva, its the same?

In PCT nolva and clomid? for 4 weeks? thats all?

also how necessary is arimidex in a cycle like mine since i'm starting off with a low dosage, i don't want to spend everything i've got on this first cycle
