This will be my first cycle. Been working out hard for 3 years. I'm 23 years old 6'1 185 right now with my body fat right at 10% maybe under, i'm real lean I run 5 days a week every morning. In the winter time I was up to 197lbs still with abs but I cut down now and lost a lot of mass. My diet is good and my metabolism is GREAT. I've gone through these phases of thinking about juicin up and now i'm finally ready to say go. I plan on running 150mg EOD of Testaplex P 100 for 12 weeks. I'm not sweating the pain so much as I can handle it for the benefits, I don't mind needles, and will probably end up injecting myself after I watch and learn from my advisor. I get pimples on my face and here and there on my back or chest. I am mostly worried about getting acne and gyno. What should my PCT look like? I've done my reading but am still confused about how u guys throw around PCT. Nolvadex and Clomid are available to me. What else do I need? Please don't just tell me to keep reading, like I said I have read up and am just confused like some say run it during the cycle and some 3 days after my last shot of the PROP. I'll take any advice... THANKS

Yes three days after last shot for prop. Most run pct like this.
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolvedex 40/40/20/20
Its also a good idea to have an AI on hand just incase.

How should i run the HCG?? I think i'm gonna run it twice a week while on cycle at 250iu and 500iu 3 days a week when i'm like a week away from my last shot.. I have 50- .25mgs of arimidex which i plan on using only if i see sides like bloating, tits, or acne.. how is arimidex on acne, cuz that's one of the main things i'm worried about..
