Hi all, right i've been on a H-drol cycle for almost 3 weeks now but i've had enough of the lethargy its just making me so damn tired and grouchy so im cuttin the 4 week cycle short. Wondering what i should do for my pct as its not been the full 4 weeks and i think another 4 weeks of pct for a 3 week cycle is overkill.
Originally i was gonna run nolva at 20/20/20/20 but i'm not sure if that's overkill as the cycle only lasted 3 weeks? What do you reckon i should dose as? Also should the nolva be taken in one dose before bed?
