My nipples kinda hurt please help

Hey guys I kinda got a question I'm taking 1cc of sust a week and also taking winni and tren
but last night my nipples started hurting and being really perked up
why is that should I worry
and should I take something on cycle to help with this symptom
I have tamoxifen citrate 20mg per milliter in a 60ml bottle
any help and guidence would be apprecaited

how much tren are you taking?

doses? frequency? ester?

most likely it is the culprit. if so nolva is not the answer and can actually make it worse.

what else do you have? any AIs? caber or bromo?
