Hey guys,
ive been reading a little bit about how to do pct, but i feel like i need a little advice anyway so i dont **** up, first of all ill post my cycle which im currently running.
week
1-10 250mg AP Test e e4th day
1-8 100mg Deca e3rd day
1-9 50mg Tren A every day
25mcg T3
Ive frontloaded with 750mg test e, 300mg deca, and just the 50mg tren the first day of the cycle.
Also ive got: Nolvadex, Arimidex, Clenbuterol and 5000IU HCG available, think the hcg kit is 3*4500, but i wont know before tommorow when i get the last stuff for the cycle :).
In regards to nutrition, im already using some nasty multi vitamins, calcium and ferrosulphate tabs, Dymatize Elite Whey, im not doing a "perfect" diet, since ive had a gastric bypass which limits my food intake drastically, this cycle is by all means to shape me up, fix some of the muscle ive lost, and
make it easier for me to drop the last 40 pounds i feel i need to loose.
Ive done quite a few cycles before, but its a few years back, and due to the surgery i barely have anything left since i started working out.
my stats is:
Age: 30
Height: 185cm
Weight: 110kg
Hope your willing to give me the last push in the right direction so i wont **** up anything, and by all means im going through with this cycle, and its ok for me to recieve some critique, but i need to fix the last pct stuff before its time in 2,5 months :).
