PCT for Var only

I am taking 20mg of var only for seven weeks. I read here to start Nolvadex the last day of my cycle, but have also heard that I should start it two weeks before my cycle is over. Which is best? Heard 20mg a day of Nolvadex. Is that for four weeks?

20mg a day for three weeks starting the day after you stop the var.
