PCT combo question, as well as HCG

I just took my last shot of my cycle today, getting my PCT plans together.

Heres what my cycle was

Test E 250 x weekly for 13 weeks (I went a week longer than I planned)
Deca 200 x 2 weekly for 10 weeks
Adex .25 EOD

I have Clomid and Nolvadex for PCT, and I also have half a bottle of the Adex left. I can get HCG, but not sure if I need it. After reading some other threads, Ive been reading that I should have started the HCG a few weeks ago, I was always under the impression that it was taken with your PCT.

questions.....should I drop the Adex now and stick with the clomid and nolva?

Should I include the HCG, or is it too late to have an effect on recovery? If I should still use it, what dosages and how long?

I'd use HCG 500-1000ius/ED with Arimidex 0.5mg/ED for 10-15 days out from PCT. Then conduct PCT with Clomid/Tamox.

I suggest HCG during your cycle, not during PCT.

can you point me in the direction of studies or reasoning behind not using HCG during pct?

ive used it during PCT a few times and never had any problems.

Using HCG and mimicing LH will cause the supression of the bodies own production of LH. Something we want to raise as quickly as possible during PCT.
