TRT , adex and tamox at the same time??

I am on TRT and am showing signs of gyno and high estro, i am taking adex at .5 EOD now can i add tamoxifen? what im asking is if it's fine to take adex and tamox together ?? and if so, would the dose just be 40/40/20 etc like usual?

no don't take adex and nolva togeather,just stick with the adex and see if it helps,if not you can switch over to nolva

thanks for the info,I have been taking adex, but it dont seem to lower my estro enough at .5 EOD , i do get sore joints and moody , but i have read that tamox can srink gyno in some cases and wanted to try it at the same time, or switch ,im not really sure on what to do as of yet
