Well i dont think im gonna keep on going. I think im gonna bulk now, since i cant take this diet anymore.

I started on april 15 and weighed 226. Im now 187 as of this morning.

What do u guys think my bf is at now? Just a rough estimate?

the first picture is taken in a store, the 2 new ones are taken at a mirror which makes it look like its on the other arm but its not.

how long was the transformation?
what was your cycle and dosages?
how many cals in your diet?
what was your training? (weights cardio)

im a couple of bf% higher than you in your first pic and have the same goals.

The cycle for this transformation was Fina 50mg/eod, Sus 500mg/w, and a little clen

Yeah thats what i was getting on my calipers. I need to start bulking soon, im getting very weak to the point its hard to work out at times. Im gonna attempt to hit 7 if i could, which was my goal when i started.

rough cutting and feeling weak with out those carbs in ya

get a solid bulking diet down. keep up some cardio and you can lean bulk

youll look sick

Marvelous transformation .... no need to go lower in your bodyfat (which is around 10) unless you were competing!! Enjoy your bulking but don't go too overboard with your diet, as you can get fat ....... like the first picture!

Hell yeah, that's an awesome transformation bro! I would put you right around 8% BF with the pics you supplied. Like duk said, you have been priming your body so right now would be the perfect time to bulk. Bulk for awhile and then you will be ready to cut back down around spring time.

Im porbably gonna continue to cut through august and this time im not gonna take time off in the winter, and turn into a bag of potatoes.

I think if i bulk in the winter, when next summer comes around ill look this lean at 200, rather than 188.

I dont think they got smaller because my strength continues to go up. I think maybe they looked bigger because i was at a higher bf percentage.

Unfortunately, i always cut in the summer and then in the winter i quit.

This time around though im gonna attempt a clean bulker in the winter because at my age its not as easy to cut like it used to be.

I hope everything goes as planned. Ill post some bulking pics as my plans progress..

Congrats!! Awesome awesome awesome results! I don't need to see an exact diet, but I would love to know what guidelines you followed and how many times did you run the clen? (Meaning 2 weeks on/2 weeks off for how many weeks) Great job!

Thanx guys!!!

Well diet for me was simple. I kinda did my own thing.

I ate 8 times a day and is consisted of a piece of lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey) and a side of green veggies. 2 of the eight meals where low carb protein shakes.

Then on Sundays i ate everything i wanted to carb up.

I also did no cardio as i just find it extremely boring and cant take it.

I just workout out at a very fast pace, and lift very light and repetitious 15-20 reps per set).

To go from 24% when i started to 8% took about 12 weeks.

I do this every summer, and its pretty easy after doing it so many times.

I think anybody could do it, and its not that hard, u just have to want it bad enough.

What i learned to do which helped me out tons is to stop thinking of food as an enjoyment, just eat to meet your goals.

You and i have the same build and im doing a similar diet. I have all my food prepaired for the next few days. Its saturday and ive lost 6 pounds since tue. I love this diet, hard, but it sure does do the trick. Your body has no choice in the matter but to just looooooose. IM PUMPED !

I just cant wait to enjoy the results. Thats what pushes me everyday !

What i usually do is, i dont pay attention to strength or size. Ive noticed alot of people that are too worried with doing x amount of weight.

How strong you are mean shyt. I rather bench 100 lbs and be ripped to bits and be able to take my shirt off, than be benching 400lbs at the gym. what good is that.

Just keep loosing till your abs show. You being lean gives the impression of actually looking bigger.

i agree, i tell my friends the same thing. whenever they go to the gym the try and throw up as much as they can. I ask them " what are you going for, are you trying to look good, or do you want to enter a power lifting contest"

Its funny you say that. To be honest girls dont like that bulk look, they all go crazy for , i hate to say this, your look. Jerk.... haha

so you said you you loose the weight for every summer. you lost a lot of weight. did you get like that every winter or did yo kind of let yourself go this last time.

i used to be 10% or so. ive been really commited to work and i stopped training all together.

Im never going to let this happen again. Ill bulk in the winter trying to stay under 15% bf and then ill cut feb, march. I live in MA so summer isnt in full bloom really until june july.
