I would just like to say hello Gents this is my first post. The first pic is from 7 years ago ...than i got into a relationship and it was all south from there ..I finally ditched the b*tch and got back into lifting last year. The next are progressive photos from last |May till now. I am 6' 187 lbs currently. Let me know what you think .... Suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
