ab roller work?

hey guys i have one of these at home never used it, im about to right now to see if it works its the one with a wheel about 7 inches with two handles on the side have you guys tried it? does it work?

I have tried it and i like it believe it or not. The cheapest and probably the best AS SEEn ON TV product out there. Make sure you have a strong lower back though!

It's alive!!!! Bringing this back from the dead. Why? cuz I love my ab roller. I do that with my side bends and leg raises.
