You have definately gotten bigger. But you need to eat more:eat:
bf looks somewhere between 18-20% ?? it's hard to say.

I say you should cut up right about now. Since this is your summertime, it's best to try and lose some bodyfat and rip it up a bit. Bulk during your wintertime.
