i'm 6'4 tall. at the moment 100kg or 220pounds. been natural for 3 months.

Pic on the right was taken 4 weeks into a 12 week cycle @ 98kg, 1 June 2002. Ended at 100kg but dropped to 94kg 2 months later.

So at 94kg 2 months later, i repeated same cycle replacing sustanon 250 with testoviron at same dosages. Starting at 94kg i ended at 105kg at commencement of november.

Now 3 months later at 3 Jan 2003, i'm 100kg at 6%BF. I've lost the bloated face and kept all my strength. I'm happy.

I've added plenty of bent-over rows. i think my back is thicker due to them.

Any suggestions for improvements? comments?

all of them i'm relaxing. except i'm flexing my abs in the last one.

no more cycles i think. i went from having no hair to being hairy. now waxing is a monthly expense.

my arms are too small. i'm pretty ashamed with the size. only 17inches cold. but they look in proportion i hope. but remember they are cut, veins all over.
