Here is my pic from last Nov. Was in cast most of the winter, so legs were shitty. I was 192 in pic around 5% but holding water badly. I will be starting diet soon Jan1 for April show currently at 238, 5'9" will post a pic of my bloated ass after xmas, and montly updates on during diet.

He does look much bigger at 238lbs...we hung out yesterday. Hopefully we'll be standing next to each other on stage next April :) EC's lookin nice and thick at present, especially through the delts and chest. Here's the deal EC...you post your bloated ass pics in January (pre-contest) and I'll post mine (and I'll bet my ass will be more bloated than yours).
