H BOMB, forearms...I don’t work them they have always been strong, I don’t use straps until my one rep load and that could be a reason too. But I need more size on my bis, there 17" at rest but with the size of my forearms it can give me an odd look...

Right after I'm done with the deca and before I start my prop/enanthate I'll post a pic so my brothers here can see the change.

Change of plans... my load came in and the d200 was short... so it looks like I'll be hitting my prop/enanthate/nolva earlier than expected (1-10 t200-200mg/ 1-10 t100-100mg e/2/d/... nolva- my usual 10mg e/d with this hit... its most likely going to be deca/winny after that instead of d-bol/winny
