Flax oil

Hey,
Im getting flax oil for my shakes, im on a 403030 style diet, im cutting, and im wondering:
Which is cheaper, capsule or oil.
Also, is it true that i have to ingest 14 capsules to get 1tbsp of oil?
Can I mix oil with the shakes or is the taste horrible?

Please answer all questions.
