pro complex?

Seems to me a lot of people like optimum nutrition, but i have not read any using the pro complex line.


anyone like it?

it also has glut. in it, is this better than taking it seperatly or no diff?

Yeah, I like it a lot. I've been using chocolate Pro Complex protein shakes for a while now. Its got a real light texture. I don't know a faster way to get 55g of protein.
