Okay...from a bodybuilding/fitness competitors aspect, I need to work on the legs, right? I used to have a good sweep in my quads, but I lost it over the past year because I was told my legs didn't match my upper body. So, I worked upper body like heck an let my legs shrink. :( But I want my quads back, dang it!

You look great, but if you want constructive criticism, I will agree with you. You're upper body looks hard and defined in the pic, but your legs don't match as well. Don't worry though, you can get it back in no time. Just don't slack off on the upper body, but push the lower body a little bit harder. You will have your legs back before you know it. Keep up the good work.
