Don't forget the Multi Vitamin and Vitamin C.

A basic supplement pyramid (probably forgot a few things...):

..........///////Prohormones/Metabolites\\\\\\ - additional support for recovery
......../////////Creatine/ECA Stacks\\\\\\\\\\\\ - cutting/bulking choices
......///////////Free-Form Amino Acids\\\\\\\\\\\ - glutamine, BCAA, ...
....////////Whey Protein/Protein Powders\\\\\\\\\ - increased mucsle growth ability
..////////////////Multi Vitamins, EFAs\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ - additional nutritional support
//////////Whole Food Sources and Water\\\\\\\\\\\\ - the basics

In that pyramid - Vanadyl would fall under Prohormones/Metabolites in priority. Flax would fall under EFA's.

whats up
i just read that you shouldnt take creatine and glutamine with protein shakes at the same time b/c they would be "competing for absorption"... if this is true how do you space them all out post workout? the dude who said it was pretty knowledgeable so i dont know

EXELENT REPLY WARRRIOR! as usual ur the man, stick to this guys advice. Although im agains efedra, efedrine, based products, they do work, just be cautious. In all means just train, eat, sleep, enough said! Warroir, hit me back with that pm reply. BIG-G
