BUT I've recently done changes to my protocol, so I'll have to wait until my body is stable.
I'm very sensitive to drugs and changes to my body in general, and I feel when the estrogen level is too low, and when it's too high. I mean, it's obvious the arimidex dose is too low if my breasts begins to grow, same the other way around, when my joints begins to ache/crack and libido disappears. I don't know what the E2 level was at the beginning, but it was high. I was better for a couple of weeks at 1 mg 2x week, but then...
My body fat % is probably high, and that's the main problem, I think... I'm going to change my diet and workout the next weeks and take it from there, but I need to control the testosterone/estrogen ratio somehow, until I've lost enough fat. I've no idea what my testosterone level is. But it feels like it's supposed to be higher at this time. I'm currently experiementing with dosage. I'm going to do 100 mg twice a week until the blood test.
Still interested in opinions about nolvadex.
