not at all big kev chumps me bad he is big 240 or somethin and lean plus he has that hard look. he's one of the only guys i have seen on these boards be honest with their bodyfat when that guy says hes 11% thats an honest 11%. i'm going to work on the getting lean in the new year hopefully get down to 10-12%. i'm still new to the game too been working out pretty seriously over the last 2 years i just turned 21 and i've only tried a few cycles in the last year i'm not quite a slut yet. but i am planning a nice year long one then i might even be a whore

You've been working out seriously for about 2 years, but how many years have you actually been working out.:cool:

well thanks i think toenail i guess i have worked out for 3 years total but the first 6 monthes was just like dicking around in my basement then a gym mebership where i had no clue and pretty much just did bench for the next 6 monthes then i started reading these forums and since i was playin college ball decided it would be smart to start squatting and deadlifting so i made pretty good gains right now i am not gaining shit though i have been stuck at 275-280 and moving the same weights so i am thinkin its time to start that year long blaster.

Brutally Massive! Kind of look like HHH. I'm 6'3'' 210 and kind of look like Alex Rodriguez but I'm gonna be bulking up in a couple months. I'm on the verge of hitting another natural plateau. I'm strong for my weight but I have only done deca and anavar for the last couple years. My bone frame is thin and my parents are skinny. I did a heavy test cycle a few years back and got up to 230. It's pretty amazing to me for you to be 6'3'' 280 and ripped. Any bulking tips? Try out for the NFL or wrestling bro!
