This is me @ 152 lbs. My max ever was 156. Hoping to reach 160 by end of this yr. Peace out.

Ed....fantastic arms and shoulders bro...you look a lot heavier than 152lbs. How tall are you? Your basic shape is great and the only criticism I would have is, it seems you chest is a little behind the rest of your body. Shape and BF levels are great, but I would say more thickness in the chest. Other than that, you look great bro.

looks good. like the guys said, you look like you weigh more. lots of heavy weights, not just on your chest would do you good. it looks like you're pretty lean already.

Hey man bench thats what you have to do.

Good forms heavy, try to get a lot of weight on the bar also.

Bench first time 5 X 10 reps then 5 days after 5 X 5 reps then after 5 days do it again with 5 X 3 reps then repeat and do for 3 months.

Right now i am natural and my chest i big and round from only doing this has followed.
