I did a search on ala and read a lot. I am still not convinced that ala is not another supplement that you really don't need.

WHat do you think?

I love r-ALA. I have tried both ALA and r-ala and like the r-ala better. I can really feel r-ALA working, unlike most supps. It is one of the few supps that I back.

Where can I get the r-ala from, and correct me if I'm wrong, the r-ala is a concentrated version of the ala.....right?

Thanks, might be to expensive for me though. I was hesitant to spend 15 on the regular ala.

Well I ordered some. 7.91 for for shipping.....ASSHOLES.

I could go to the post office and ship for 1.50

That is rediculous.

Oh well.

Do you know if any store would sell this stuff locally?
