Aight yall im about to start my next cycle but wanted to know what you thought about my quads and calves. I am a cheerleader so i do tumble and throw little girls all the time, so feel my legs get a lot of work in.
I cant get my legs really big because imagine if u can big legs like papapumps trying to flip.
Criticism welcome

I certainly wouldn't say small...i would think of it in terms of "elongated". I'm guessing you're over six feet tall, for which the quads look solid and the calves pretty respectable, in my opinion...though you might want to hit the seated calf raises a bit. Can't see the hams, but if your legs feel small, my guess is it's because the hams are lacking, because the quads, while not overwhelmingly huge (whose are?) are nothing to sneer at either.

I'm a gymnast and I have no problem tumbling with "big legs". I actually have more power and get better height off the floor. (Something for you too consider)

How big are your legs? Are you a power tumbler? Do you do acro type stuff?

Competitive USAG. Not power tumbling, trampoline or acro.
