Woo hoo! I'm pretty stoked, the gentleman (Christian Thibaudeau) who writes for ***** underwent a body transformation "project" much like you all do here with your pictures, and had hired me for his Phase 3. He looks pretty damn good, see the before/afters........wow! I had bomb pic of me too, but it got taken out! :(

Check it out, you'll see my name "Chris Janusz" instead of SwoleCat, which was a nice change as people would wonder, "what the hell is a SwoleCat?", LOL. I submitted a pic too, but I guess they didn't have room. Perhaps in the hardcopy to be printed out there will be. Anyhow, it was good to see his success, he looks amazing, and I wanted to share.

I posted this here (members pix) as many here believe I was lying when I told them I was helping someone who wrote for this mag, and that I would be mentioned as a credit to his success. I also have friends here too, so it's for all ya'll!

Who is this addressed to? If it's me, I'll just say that my eyebrows are fully grown in, and are shaped by my woman and her helpers, yes, as in modeling pics when they are taken, sometimes they ask you to touch up the "kitchen" which is the back of your neck, your goat-tee if you sport one, and they do shape the brows, yes.

If you have an issue with this, you may want to look up "homophobic" in the dictionary. It's nothing new to Hollywood, or anyone who does printwork as I am getting into. Thanks for the extreme interest in my facial features, as many are always looking at my body. Yes, of course you didn't mean that in any negative manner! :rolleyes:

Well, my arms sit about 21" right now......but, this transformation was about Christian, the ***** writer. I am Chris aka SwoleCat, the one who prepares the respective fitness programs. I believe his stats are viewable either in the article, or in his forum under "pre-contest guru".

Shit I pluck my eyebrows. WTF do I want one of those ugly unobrows for. Shit I even shave my back, well a friend does. The better you feel about other parts of your body the easier working out and keeping your body looking good will be. This isn't just a I want to be diesel thing, it is an overall look and feeling about ones self.
