here is a not so good pic of my training partner. he took it with his camera phone so the quality isnt that good. he sid he will get me some good pics in a week or so but here you go.

you cant really see much from the pic but its a start. what % body fat does he look like? Id say 8% but i dont really know

not to sure about 8% bro looks more then that but could be the pic?.tell him to keep on truckin,cuz it looks like whatever he is doing is working for him.

well i was just guessing at 8% because of his abs.
his stats are 5 foot 10, 182 lbs, 29"-30" waist.
